Founded in Nashville in 2014 as a boutique people-first agency, we have grown into a national staffing and business solutions firm dedicated to connecting the right candidates to the right companies and cultures. With particular strength in IT and healthcare IT, our contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement services have supported organizations across more than 35 states and two Canadian provinces. We have placed and managed over 1,000 IT professionals and maintain a bench of pre-screened HCIT consultants experienced with leading EMR systems, and we donate 10% of annual profits to community mission partners each year.
