We built our platform specifically for high school and college students who are ready to take their first real steps into the workforce, and for the local employers who want to hire them. Headquartered in White Plains, New York, and actively partnering with schools and community organizations across Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey, we connect Gen Z talent with internships, part-time jobs, and early career roles that fit their lives and their ambitions. Our approach cuts through the noise of traditional job platforms by focusing on what actually matters for early-career hiring: real opportunities from employers who are genuinely open to developing young talent, and a simple process that does not require a polished resume or a perfect GPA to get started. We believe the starting point of a career should be approachable, honest, and close to home, and we work hard every day to make that a reality for students and businesses alike.
