Marty Mihm and Mike Finch took ownership of The Employment Firm in 2004, and their goal was simple: to provide the best talent to leading Colorado companies through an honest and straightforward approach. We have remained dedicated to this goal and have created a loyal client base that grows consistently year after year. While the network of top talent continues to grow, what has always stayed the same is the personal touch that sets The Employment Firm apart from other staffing companies.
