Established in 2004 and based in Greensboro, North Carolina, we are a family-owned boutique staffing firm with more than two decades of specialized experience placing candidates with law firms and businesses throughout the Triad region. Our core focus is legal placement, including paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative professionals, complemented by expertise in accounting and human resources roles. Led by founder Lisa Rouchard and her son Austin, we bring over 30 years of combined staffing industry knowledge and long-standing relationships with clients who have trusted us for more than 25 years.
