Delivered by Youth Employment Services in Toronto, we offer a free, full-time paid employment program designed to connect young people aged 15 to 30 with meaningful workforce opportunities. Our program combines group-based employability skills training, personal development workshops, and hands-on community project experience to help participants build confidence and career readiness. Topics covered include job readiness, interviewing techniques, communication, and goal setting. Upon successful completion of the training period, participants may qualify for a paid work placement, helping them launch their careers with real-world experience and a clearer vision for their professional future.
