We are the in-house talent acquisition team for UTMB Health, one of the nation'''s leading academic medical centers based in Galveston, Texas. Our team provides comprehensive recruitment and hiring support to UTMB departments across all disciplines, including clinical nursing, allied health, administrative, and research roles. We partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, job posting strategy, diverse candidate sourcing and screening, and seamless onboarding. Through our HealthCare Systems Staffing division, we also supply experienced per diem nurses and support staff for daily, short-term, and long-term assignments at UTMB facilities throughout the greater Galveston region.
