Founded in 1988, we have been providing employment services to individuals and organizations across Southern Ontario for over three decades. Operating from 17 locations, we deliver employment programs, vocational assessments, career guidance, and job matching services that help Ontario residents improve their readiness, explore training opportunities, and get back to work. As a service provider for the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development, all of our programs are offered at no cost to job seekers or employers. We also support businesses with workforce planning, skills matching, on-the-job training development, and access to the Canada-Ontario Job Grant.
