Founded in 2012 as an outgrowth of the City of Oakland's Local Hire Ordinance, we serve low- and moderate-income job seekers across the greater Bay Area, with priority given to West Oakland residents. Our comprehensive model includes candidate assessment, employer referral, local hire monitoring and compliance, and pre- and post-employment support. Through TRIADA Employment Services, our social enterprise staffing arm, we connect employers in the construction and transportation, distribution, and logistics industries with fully trained workers and entry-level candidates, advancing both individual careers and community economic development.
