Serving Washington, Garrett, and Allegany counties, we are a grant-funded regional workforce development agency dedicated to helping unemployed, underemployed, and dislocated workers find sustainable employment. Our services include job search assistance, resume development, interest testing, career counseling, case management, and occupational skills training. We also connect employers with customized training programs and on-the-job training incentives designed to build a stronger regional workforce. From youth entering the labor market to adults navigating career transitions, we provide the tools and individualized support needed to succeed in western Maryland's economy.
