Founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to help people living with disabilities in Hawaii find independence through meaningful employment. We offer vocational training programs in web development, graphic design, help desk and customer service, secure document destruction, and custodial services, equipping participants with both technical skills and industry-recognized certifications. Our Work Based Learning program provides high school students with disabilities safe, supported exposure to real workplace environments where they develop soft skills and resume experience. We also support Social Security disability beneficiaries through the Ticket to Work program, helping participants achieve greater financial self-sufficiency while remaining connected to their communities.
