As a community partnership serving 14 counties across East Texas, we provide no-cost recruitment and employment services to businesses and job seekers throughout the region. Our mission is to improve the quality of life through economic development by delivering a first-class workforce for present and future businesses. We help employers recruit, hire, develop, train, and retain skilled workers through industry-driven services, while assisting job seekers in preparing for and obtaining careers that match their strengths and goals. With offices in Tyler, Longview, Marshall, Palestine, and Athens, plus mobile workforce centers serving rural communities, we also provide subsidized childcare assistance and specialized programs for veterans, youth, and individuals with disabilities.
