As part of the WorkSource Oregon network, we serve Lane County from locations in Eugene and Florence, bringing together public and private partners to help job seekers find careers and businesses find talent. Our free services include career guidance, resume assistance, interview skills workshops, job search support, and access to training scholarships through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. For employers, we provide customized recruitment solutions, daily candidate screening, on-the-job training funding of up to five thousand dollars, and well-equipped facilities for interviews and orientations. With priority services for veterans and their families, we are dedicated to strengthening our local workforce and community.
