We serve as the Portland metropolitan area's comprehensive workforce development resource, connecting job seekers across all career levels with meaningful employment opportunities throughout Multnomah and Washington Counties. As a proud partner of the American Job Center network and part of Oregon's statewide workforce system, we bring together expertise from community colleges, the Oregon Employment Department, and local nonprofit agencies to deliver free, personalized career services. Our programs span every industry, from healthcare and manufacturing to construction and clean energy, with specialized training initiatives in rapidly growing sectors like semiconductor technology and commercial driving.
