We are part of YAI, a nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1957, serving more than 20,000 individuals annually across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, and New Jersey. Our employment services focus on building real careers for people with disabilities through pre-vocational training, job coaching, and sustained on-the-job support. Once a participant lands a job, we provide ongoing assistance to help them thrive, and our track record speaks for itself with an average job retention of 7.9 years. We also partner with employers to create inclusive workplaces that benefit the whole community.
