Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, we are a women-owned and led community of fractional HR professionals serving businesses from single-person startups to global organizations with over 70,000 employees. Since 2013, more than 680 employers across one in four states have trusted us as their strategic HR partner. Our services span fractional HR, HR consulting and project work, interim HR talent placement, and direct recruiting, with engagements that can begin in as little as two weeks. Unlike traditional consulting firms, we both advise and implement, working alongside clients at every step.
