Our mission has always been to genuinely support and care for the caregivers we place, which is why every Wellspring professional receives a dedicated pro recruiter, an onboarding and compliance specialist, a payroll assistant, an RN nurse advocate, and a clinical support specialist. We place RNs and allied health professionals with healthcare facilities nationwide on four- to thirteen-plus week travel and local registry assignments, with benefits including free life insurance and short-term disability for those working over 32 hours per week.
