Empowering unemployed and underemployed individuals to achieve economic self-sufficiency has been our calling since 1981. As a faith-based nonprofit in Washington DC, we provide free, personalized job readiness training, placement services, and ongoing retention support to anyone ready and willing to work, including individuals in recovery, returning citizens, immigrants, and those experiencing homelessness. Our employer partners across hospitality, food service, healthcare, security, and retail trust us to deliver pre-screened, motivated candidates with guaranteed start dates. With over 28,000 successful placements to date and a network of more than 20 community partners, we address the whole person to help our clients build lasting careers and financial stability.
